Indigo Virtual Urgent Care is available 8 am to 8 pm, every day. Receive a diagnosis, care plan and prescription, if needed.

Step 2: Video Interview
Talk with a clinician about your symptoms and get a treatment plan to have you feeling better quickly.
Step 3: Prescription
If prescription medication is part of your treatment plan, we'll send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

The common cold and influenza are both contagious infections that affect your respiratory symptom.
Prescriptions
We can prescribe medications when necessary, and also refill prescriptions if needed.

Skin conditions include anything that irritates, clogs, or damages your skin.
Virtual Urgent Care FAQs
Indigo accepts most insurance for our virtual urgent care services. Your insurance will be verified upon booking your appointment.
Consult your insurance carrier for specific questions on coverage. You can also talk with your concierge about pricing at the time of your appointment.
Please note a recent change in virtual care coverage: Effective January 2025, Medicaid (Apple Health) insurance plans will no longer be eligible for Indigo virtual care services.
Virtual urgent care visits are available 8 am to 8 pm every day.
Virtual urgent care appointments typically take 10-25 minutes.
Our providers can see you for most minor illnesses, minor injuries, and prescription refills. If an in-person exam or lab test is needed, we can coordinate a nearby visit without another clinician visit or wait.
