No health insurance? We offer a $250 flat-rate fee for most services provided in the clinic. This fee covers exam evaluation, immediate lab testing (does not include tests sent to a lab), x-rays, and medication given during the visit.

Yes. Visits using Washington Medicaid (Apple Health) insurance cannot be booked in advance for in-person visits. Please walk in to your nearby clinic and we will see you as soon as possible.

Your provider may also suggest additional lab testing or other treatments that are not covered under the flat fee above. In these cases, the provider will discuss the reason for the additional testing and ask your approval for additional charges before proceeding.
